Nalin is a Chartered Accountant and Lawyer with over 14 years of experience advising businesses and promoters on complex tax, economic offence, and corporate law matters. His practice spans income tax, GST, transfer pricing, and international taxation, as well as the full enforcement spectrum under Company Law, IBC, PMLA, FEMA, Benami, and Black Money law - from search and investigation through to adjudication, appellate proceedings and trials.
