By accessing and using the website of Metalegal, you/ users agree that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer available on Website. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Metalegal under applicable laws of India. By accessing or using this Website, User represents and warrants that they are competent and possess legal capacity and authority to enter this contract under applicable law. Further, the user expressly agreesthat they will not violate/ infringe any rights of Metalegal, including intellectual property rights such as copyright or trademark rights.
